Mark Gilston plays a famous St. Stephens Day (Dec. 26) carol on mountain dulcimer. The tune, "Tempus adest floridum" ("It is time for flowering") is actually a 13th-century Finnish spring carol which was adapted for the Christmas time carol by John Mason Neale in 1853.
The same tune is also used for the Christmas hymn, "Mary Gently Laid Her Child" by Joseph S. Cook
