Ok I'm a sucker for a fiddle tune! Leather Britches is one of those tunes always sounds different depending on who's playing it...hard to nail down the way it 'really goes'! Like the way you play it here Brian....f'sure....
Wow. That's nice work, Brian. You such an ease fingering these fast tunes. Just this weekend I began working on this tune. I was just listening to Aaron O'Rourke's versionwondering if I could learn it maybe by playing every third note or something. Then I switched to Sam Bush's mandolin version to ge the melody. This is my current project, so I hope you don't mind if I copy some of your fingering.
