Thanks Oliver, I sure am having fun with the Gibson. It's real deep and is satisfying on many levels; as a baritone, which it isn't, and also satisfied my electric dulcimer urges.
Thank you Gordon. That's quite the dulcimer, it has a good bass quality that has satisfied my bari desires. I'm never going to get it together to do a double video and it makes me sad, but I just have to sing along with you. I just love your whole schtick. Don't know how else to say it, your choice of song, your presence, your voice, your dulcimer, you're setting in your house in Alberta...just nice. Can't wait to hear your next, and, thanks for listening.
Aw geez this was nice. Would love to hear you play Native American Flutes. Out on a thin branch of the family tree I am related to Pochahontus, which I can't even spell...and I've spent my life looking for my tribe. I think it's called FOTMD.
Cynthia, I watched thevideos you posted. It's easy to see that you are one with your music. Next to my Native American Flutes (that I've played for years), my love for the dulcimer is very close. Of course they BOTH offer their own healing and satisfaction. Keep up the good work - be happy.
For those who are interested in Ron's dulcimers ... check out his web-site. He will work with you PERSONALLY to create the instrument you want.

Randy thank you so much. Your videos sent me to worlds previously unseen , and I'm sure glad you're hanging out here too. It would be a blast to play one of your wild box dulcimers, I bet they are loud. I'm working at it Randy as much as I can, if I can just stay on the planet a few more years... I want more dulcimer, dulcimer people and dulcimer music...
Your love of the dulcimer and your warm nature shines through on your videos Cynthia. I'm glad you're hanging out here at fotmd!....ur gonna be a good player in the near future.....
Thank you so much Cindy. I put it through its paces last night and felt like I was in love! It has satisfied my baritone urges as well it's so throaty sounding. Would be a fun second dulcimer for duets.
