This is one of those songs that uses creative timing in the phrasing, especially the end phrases before returning to another part.  If one tries to work the timing out exactly, you'll find it differs from one person's version to another's.  Being a little creative with your own rendition is a good approach. 

Wonderful job, Dan, I love it!  What dulcimer did you use for this recording?

Nice playing!  The way you're zinging around the fretboard it sounds like your noter is greased up with groundhog fat.

Great rendition Dan. I'd tried to learn this from another source and just didn't like it. I'll have to revisit this one by you!
