@ Fairmont WV
Attendees: @Rob N Lackey
Wartz’n’All is back! After a multi-year absence we are returning to delight the souls of all dulcimer players who can be in Fairmont, WV, August 26, 2023. This year, through the courtesy of Dr. Lydia Warren, Director, it will be at the Frank & Jane Gabor WV Folklife Center (Kennedy Barn,) Squibb Wilson Drive, on the campus of Fairmont State University.
Bring your instrument and be prepared for an unstructured day of musical fun and friendship. Got a question about some technique or tune? Someone will give you an answer. Take the elevator upstairs after signing in at the door, or if you want to see some beautiful artworks, take the stairs. I’ll be posting pictures of the rooms we’ll be using.
Wait! Don’t have a dulcimer? Maybe you’ve thought about one. We will be having some cardboard dulcimers available and some basic, beginners instruction. So come one, come all. Come to play; come to listen; come to learn; but especially, come to have fun and see old friends.
Great! Congratulations, Rob! You can't get too much publicity for the dulcimore.

Me and Rob.
Thanks Rob. See ya Saturday.
Nope no food, unless it’s just a light snack kind of thing. There’s fast food and 2 restaurants nearby. 9:30 start time. I hope to be there early.
Also. What time does it start?
Hey Rob! Do we bring some food to share? Been meaning to ask you that earlier
This is the outside of the building taken from the parking lot across the street. There is also a parking lot to the right of the building. When you enter the elevator to the 2nd floor is straight ahead cc
Bev and I will be there.
Rob, it's so great that Wartz will be happening again!
