@stephldavis,  A friend (Shawn McCurdy) and I are putting together a tablature book including this song and many traditional songs I've posted here at FOTMD.  We're finishing it up now. Should be ready by the start of the year, available as a download.  I'm so pleased this song has touched you.

I enjoy the play with words in this song.  The herb Thyme meant as virtue or virginity...Rue, as regret. I am using Dm chord shapes but tuned to C# G# C# in order to comfortably sing it. I'm recovering from thyroid surgery so hadn't been able to vocalize for the last 3 1/2 months.  This is my first, very gentle attempt, and took a lot of concentration :-)

Hopeful it will improve with thyme (no she didn't!)lipssealed .
