Thanks folks for all your kind comments, history is a big thing for me. I didn't notice the sunbeams while I was recording, only saw them after the video was made, have to say the same for the big black cat, she can be pretty quiet. FOTMD is like a built in cheering section. What a great group to be part of.
Thank you Gail and Paul for your kind comments. I appreciate that you listen to my playing.
Very nice, Gordon. I didn't know the history of this tune - thank you for that.
Thanks Helen. Yeah that big black cat usually likes to stay close while I'm playing and singing, something in the window must have startled her.
Patty and Kathy thanks for your kind comments and thanks for listening.
Great singing and playing!!! Thanks for the history on this tune. I love to hear the stories behind the songs. You did a wonderful job
Very nice, love the sound of your baritone.

Mark & I enjoyed your video, Gordon! The research you turned-up is fascinating-- I had no idea it was an old Christmas carol.
So very nice Gordon. Bet you didn't notice that golden sunbeams were streaming over your hands while you played and sang...
Good job Gordon. Enjoyed your introduction. More personal with an intro.
That was nice Gordon, I like that you told us about the history of this song.
I'd never heard that set of lyrics sung before. Thank you for participating Gordon!
