fingerpicking and strumming, 1 sung verse; Clemmer Banjammer tuned to C#-G#-C#. Just experimenting some with the Banjammer. Inspires Civil War era songs..
Thank you Larry and Patty. Patty I love the banjammer for a bit of a change...have hadit several years though and don't get it out enough. But when I do, I usually play it nonstop for several days at a time..finding songs for it.
Thanks so much for you comment Robin. Wish we could collaborate on something sometime. Thanks so much Benjamin..I keep looking for tunes to get use out of myBanjammer. I picked it up 2 days ago and having a lot of fun. Can think of at least 2 more songs immediatelyI think would bewell suited.
Very nicely done. This song fits so well with the Banjammer, and your voice adds so much quality.

I always like your music, Janene! The Banjammer is such a nice fit for this song. You do such a fine job of choosing music and interpreting it!
Cynthia, so glad you liked it. I don't have a 1 1/2 fret on my banjammer, however. I have a 1 1/2 on only 1 instrument..a Koa McSpadden..and I"ll always mention that I"m using a 1 1/2.Am experimenting with it a lot right now as I love lowering some of the songs I've done which is facilitated by using a 1 1/2 on them. I am looking for songs that are particularly well suited for the banjammer as well, right now.
JH, I do have to agree with your philosophy about headless videos. Since I don't do anything fancy on the dulcimer, I can at least give them my old graying hair nogginto look at.
Loved it ! Many more like this and I shall want one ! Thanks for sharing Janene, nice to clearly see what your fingers are doing, I always try to do the same ! Which is why Ken, I am often headless. I work on the principle that once seen my head can be quickly forgotten, while being able to see my hands and the fretboard may just offer an inducement for a beginner to 'try the tune'
Ken, I love NOT showing myself! I'm usually right out of the shower, first thing in the morning! Steve, and Lexie, am working on at least 2 more banjammer tunes I hope to put up. I'm on a banjammer bender. Thanks Christine, appreciate your listening.
Janene, lovely playing and singing as usual. Please I would really like see the "whole Janene" singing and playing, don't join the headless video crowd.

Very nice!!! How do you like that Banjammer?
Thanks Janene, I just couldn't figure it out, but got it now. I didn't think you had a 1.5 or a capo!

Really fine choice for the banjammer Janene. Just loved your playing and singing of it too. 1.5 fret, sneaky, took me a minute...
