I am interested in the teardrop dulcimer shown in your photo for the group. Do you still make these? I like the thickness and it must be real loud. Please send details for this dulcimer.

Thanks again, The scale is 26." the Jeffries is 27". I built it from a mix of wood I had in the shop. Top is spruce, back is red oak, sides are birch ply, fretboard is birch and peg head is maple. I added a fiddle edge which gives it a neat look. Im using oil stain and varnish so it will be a while before I'll know how it sounds... Bob

Nice. What woods did you use for it?
I love the lines-- what a beauty! Is the fret spacing the same as is on your Jeffreys?
Thanks, but I'll be keeping the real one. If this model plays and sounds good I will sell it...well maybe... Bob
Oh yeh, if it costs too much to ship the old one to John Henry, you could always just ship it to me. LOL
Very nice Robert, Nice smooth clean lines.
I suppose that now you have a 'new' AW, you'll be looking to dump the 'old' one........................? Be pleased to bin it for you , lol
What timbers did you use Robert ?
John
