Great stuff John. The layout is not even finished yet and it looks amazing. I can't wait to see the finished product. Of course, you know that I love possum cafe'...it is a very cool song!
I've always been afraid of Boris and kind of hot for Natasha. Don't tell anyone!
Nice arrangement, John. The tuba is great, but I also like those banjo arpeggios that come in around 1:30. And the percussion adds a lot, too. This is not just creative, but also displays a few of your many talents.
And I hope that gator doesn't really eat that dulcimer. What a shame!
It all sounds great. (Well, except the possom gravy.)
Thanks y'all! I look at it as sort of an amusement park for trains lol. Nothing to scale, no rules...just fun. There are found objects, after-Christmas sale items, and stuff that we've had for years represented in the layout. Cindy, I'm playing dulcimer, tuba, drums, banjo, and singing on the song (not all at the same time lol). The magic of recording! I really appreciate y'all takin' a look!
This is fantastic!!! The train layout, props and music are all great!!! I am one of Carrie's best customers. I did not mind that she had to open the Buzzard Cafe. In fact, I want her to save the feathers for me
Enjoyed it...except the grits...but I will take enough black pepper to sneeze....

Aw, what fun. Have always been a big train fan since I was a little kid and used to run out of grandmother's house to see the trains go by in Liberty, South Carolina. Thanks so much for sharing this.

Nice layout, John. Different, but nice.
