Gosh, Karen, am I surprised... everything tastes like chicken. I have eaten 'gator, and just about every other wild thing going. When I was a yungin' my dad use to haul me to these wild game dinners put on by the Legion or Elks or Eagles Clubs. Rattlesnake is really very good in a spicy red sauce.

Hee, Hee Michael. What's that old saying...silence is golden! Thanks Ken for your sweet words. Did you know that gator taste like chicken? LOL
Very nice, Karen and John. But when you record outside you take your chances. Only thing missing was a big old gator crawling out of the water behind you. Thanks for the chuckle.

The show went great Dusty and while it was a tad bit frustrating, we couldn't help but get tickled with the whole thing. You are definitely wrong for that Marion. ( it was John). LOL. Thanks Robin and Kristi. It would have been awesome to have you sing it Robin. We have definitely got to get together soon. Strumelia...I am just glad we didn't tip over backwards...now that would have been tragic.
Well it looks like the frustration of trying to make your tranquil video didn't interfere on what was hopefully a fun day. I hope the show later went well.
I was waiting for one of you to tip over backwards into the water.

Thanks you guys. It was a short practice before we played at the Congo Road Baptist Church in Little Rock. It was supposed to be tranquil and a relaxing break out of the car. Instead it was just plain funny.
Oh, John and Karen - I can so relate!!! Okay, you had wind, boats, and trucks... but what? No planes? No flocks of geese? Barking dogs? Ha!!! Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed the laugh and I loved both pieces you guys played!
I'm too chicken to find out!
Hee, Hee!
Marion, we probably taste like chicken...
Marion, great question!

We actually tried for about 45 minutes. The last scene in this video is when we finally called it quits.
I know this feeling. Seems like there is a monster truck rally near my house every time I press the record button!
Recently, I tried doing some live outdoor recording in Nevada in remote canyons. Helicopter tours!

Me too, Lisa...me too lol! Thank y'all for feeling our pain.

Reckon you need to create music around the other noises at you tranquil time at the lake
That was very good, too funny!
It was just not to be...but it was very funny. We kept giggling through the whole thing. (Mostly). LOL
