Came back to listen to this again (well, it's been 10 whole days!) and saw your kind comments. I was substituting for Jo Pettiford who couldn't make it due to illness. The Divas let me practice and jam with them whenever I get out to Tucson to see my parents. I met these kind gals after the open mike concert last year at Dulcimerville. Although I usually like to play harmony and counter-melodies, etc., I was VERY glad they gave me the melody for this arrangement of Greensleeves!
Woo Hoo!!! That performance makes me wish I were a cloggin' sort of person! It's so fun to watch and hear you two play this, especially now that I know who you are (we met at Dulcimerville). Keep posting more of your "explorations"--they're great!
Thanks Bob, Randy, Nancy and Foggers. Glad you all enjoyed. This tune was so much fun, oh wait, did I say that already. Oh well, it's the truth. Thanks for listening!
Sure has been fun to watch/listen to you guys learn to play the dulcimer....& what quick learners you are. You take it serious.... and practice...and know what sounds good. This is so sweet!
OK, I'm behind here! Hey Dusty, that sounds like a plan! Thanks Dusty, Patty, Stephanie, Rocky, JH, and Wayne. I'm glad you all approve. When John had his dulcimer converted to a baritone he twisted my arm into purchasing a ginger, which we immediately tuned to the key of A. I'm glad he twisted cause I like my new Ginger. I named her Cocoa Puff. He He. John is the brains of the operation!!
Thanks guys! We had a great time just seeing what would fit together (especially chord-wise) to bring out a "different" feel to a great tune. As I said earlier, a bunch of people have their thumbprints on this one and we thank them all.
Thanks Alan...much appreciated!
That whole group rocked it out. You guys have too much fun!
Well Jan, you did a great job at Dulcimerville, and thanks for takin' another look!

Good work there people!
Thank you Nancy! We've enjoyed this particular mix of tonalities between the baritone and the Ginger.
Thanks Randy! We really appreciate your help along the way!
