Thank you Ken-Longfield for the comment. No, i don't build this instrument by my own. I have a german dulcimermaker who builds this instruments for my Shop. 
I called them Scheitholt because the design is similar to the Scheitholt that Michael Preaetorius describes 1619 in his book.

of the term "scheitholt." I can understand using "Hummel" to describe the instrument, but with what
I know about scheitholts I have hard time placing it in that category.

That's a great sounding little Scheitholt, Martin!  It's very well balanced between the melody and drone strings. By the way, your noter/drone playing is pretty darn good! beer
