FATABULOUS woodworking AGAIN.....I'm glad to see that you've put "little feet" on this dulcimer to be played on a low table. I put plastic temporary stick on bumber ones as the dulcimers that I sell most always go to someone that plays them on a table top. However, if they don't want those little "feet"...they can easily take them off and play on their laps. I find the tone is soooooo much more played on a little table. You've used such beautiful woods and rosettes. aloha, irene
Hi Irene- yes most of my dulcimers have feet on them. There is a noticeable difference when they are laid on a table. I don't know how many makers use them, but here on FOTMD it seems many builders use the feet. I would love to see your work some day also!
