Arranged and performed by John Keane, mountain dulcimer. Here's a little Christmas cheer with a dulcimer sense of humor. The Bigfoot dulcimer is just awesome! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to ya'll and well done John. Sorry about the slow response, but I have the dreaded sinus infection and am under the weather just a tad. Went to the doc today and got some meds so I should be dancing to this tune in a few days. Loved it honey bunny!
Thanks Rob and Steph...Merry Christmas to y'all! It's really hard to describe the sound, but it's basically a guitar volume with a dulcimer sound. I'm glad to hear that "Geekling's Test Drive" has begun! We (of course) want a full report!
Thanks CB! I think that Folkcraft TOTALLY hit a home run with this instrument. I've never played a dulcimer with this kind of voice. I know the tune is goofy , but I wanted folks to have a chance to hear what this thing sounds like solo. I'm truly amazed, and add to that the fact that it sounds BETTER in person (rather than recorded on a cheap camera). It's a special dulcimer and I'm lucky to have it.
There's a witness!
I can vouch for that. Big foot is a loud dulcimer!
Thanks Wendy! No amp, just ALL Bigfoot. This dulcimer has tremendous resonance!
Merry Christmas to you too! Is Bigfoot amped? Has a rich, full sound.
Thanks Karen...I'll just type in your general direction until you feel better lol!

Thanks Wayne...Merry Christmas to y'all as well!

That's a wonderful sound there, John, from both you and Bigfoot. I'd love to hear it in person, if it sounds better!
Thanks Sam...Merry Christmas to you too!
Great combo? Enjoyed the playing and a sample of The Bigfoot. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Thanks Patty and Merry Christmas to you too! Dan...that has potential lol! The thing that I can't get over is how BIG the voice on this dulcimer is.
Right-o John. I just thought a few bars of that famous tune "Turkey in the Pine Straw" would enhance the holiday spirit.
JK, I love Jingle Cabbage!!! I'm just glad it ain't Sp**. Merry Christmas to you and Karen
Thanks Dan...I reckon us "ain't rights" gotta stick together lol!
JK, you just ain't right. That needed a little turkey to go with the cabbage dressing. LOL. Great work, John loved ever morsel.
CB...you ain't right either! Merry Christmas backatcha!
Thanks Dusty...you ain't right lol!
