Thanks Lisa and Jim. I was lucky enough to get a pattern that Leonard made in the 1950"s, well a tracing from it. Leonards pattern was made from Eli Presnell's dulcimer made in 1880's . Eli's dulcimer was traced from the Prichard dulcimer, this is the WV ,North Western NC. connection. It came full circle all the way back to WV.
