I can almost hear clod hoppers stamping along to the rhythm Great sound!!
Nice practice Kevin. Man, that dulcimer sounds good!
I love the look and sound and tone of this Early Virginia style teardrop Kevin - keep on sharing videos:-)
Thanks DaveI hope to post a compler version of Little Rosewood Casket ,just as soon as it is complete. Robin that is the one I built a couple months ago, Kinda and early Va. style with fancy scroll and tail, with a little Mawhee built into the inside( sound posts) I think that it transfers well to other instruments. Did the same with Jim's teardrop.
Great recordng Kevin
What is that dulcimer? It seems to have a massive sound and incredible ring to it? It is like a bell !!!!!!!
Sam I have heard you play ,far better than me. But I thank you for your compliment, I am still in the learning stage ,but im learning from the best here on FOTMD.
Well ... yet another FOTMD'er that I don't play as well as ......... love the looks of that dulcimer too!
Thanks to all of you, I hope that someday to be able to post something really nice. It has been all of you posting videos and your encouraging words that has gotten me this far. I dont do well with tab or sheet music, so I rely on my eyes and ears to learn these songs. So you guys keep posting so I can study your playing.
