I am happily retired from a very rewarding career in public service. I live on my farm in the beautiful "Peace River Country" of northern Alberta, Canada. I play a baritone mountain dulcimer for my enjoyment and to accompany my singing. I very much appreciate the community here at FOTMD.

That's neat you were part of a German singng group, Gordon! I don't sing well in English so will, likely, not try singing in German. :) I'll go with an instrumental for now-- this melody is so pretty!
