A grain measure banjo plays along.
In the late 80's or early 90's I went to a festival in Iowa and met a lady fiddler named Betty from Des Moines and played the tunes with her all day. We vowed to get together and play the tunes again sometime and of course I never saw her again. She played Quince Dillons High D Tune and said with a smile "Sometimes you get that high D and sometimes you don't!"
I've followed that philosophy ever since with my playing.
This tune surely fits that way of playing!

I love the way the banjo sounds with the dulcimer. Very nice.
That's brill. Randy.

I believe it has 10 measures in the 2nd part.
Thanks my friends
Well played, Randy! Sounds good with that banjo!

I'm diggin' this tune a lot, Randy, but something seems odd. Is it a crooked tune? Maybe a couple of extra measures in the B part?
