Phyllis & I played from about 9:30 - 11:30 or 12AM. Most people had classes during that time and would come out to the lobby during their breaks. I do think respect for the moment was given tho.
Yeah you could play wherever you wanted to play and I played a bunch in the lobby with lotsa folks. Blue Ridge Assembly is pretty much overrun with dulcimer players for the week and their staff seemed to enjoy the music, especially one dear heart....I wouldn't be surprised if she is a dulcimer player now!
...But how come there weren't another 10 players jumping in ?? This surprises me, or was the pic taken when you and Phyllis were just starting? Or were big jams not allowed in the lobby area? I'm puzzled...
