Each Saturday there is a zoom jam, Send in the Music
(not this Saturday since dulcimer workshops will be going on) There is a couple who plays most weeks from Wales (I think) Even without this Saturday's zoom jam, there are videos and you could check out past Saturdays.

Well I’ve had my McSpadden a whole fortnight now and I can’t put it down. I can’t express how useful this forum has been - I’ve found answers to all my questions somewhere on the site and the media files have been an incredibly useful resource. I’ve posted a few audio files of my novice attempts so far. I’ve reached the point now where the delight at what I can do is wearing off and realised how much more I have to learn! But if there are mountains to climb, this forum I’m sure will equip me with everything I need for the journey. And as to DAD (Dulcimer Acquisition Disorder), I’ve already ordered a McSpadden Ginger! I’m hooked :-)

Welcome Beth T to Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. Its great to have you as a member. Congrats on your new McSpadden; I know you will enjoy it immensely. The urge to buy another is something we lovingly call DAD Dulcimer Acquisition Disorder. It is not contagious nor deadly but the disorder can linger a long time. Many of us have it and still survive to get another and another and... Welcome.
